Investigators in northern Westchester County are searching for two missing teenagers.
Officials with New York State Police say Evelyn Jimenez, 17, and Violet Munroe, 15, have been missing since May 12.
The family of Violet Munroe says she disappeared from their home Saturday night.
"She has never been gone like this ever, she's never left home. She is a beautiful young girl with so many people that love her," says Violet's father, Brian Munroe.
They are pleading for anyone who knows where their daughter is to come forward and begging her to come back home.
"You know we are always here for you no matter what and we are lost without you," says Violet's mom, Nicole Munroe.
A message from Nicole to her daughter:
Investigators say the teenagers were last seen in Peekskill.
Multiple agencies are helping in the search.
"We are just running down all the leads we can, knocking on doors, hoping to find these girls and get them home," says Lt. James Graham, with the Yorktown Police Department.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is urged to contact New York State Police at 914-769-2600 or the Yorktown Police Department at 914-962-4141.
