A newly opened store in Scarsdale can help parents on a budget build their children's wardrobes.
Once Upon A Child, located on Central Park Avenue in Scarsdale, opened Wednesday.
"Once Upon A Child serves those who have things in their attics, basements, closets, taking up space and geared towards those on a budget," says the store's owner, Sandro Olivo.
Olivo says the store is not a consignment shop, but pays people who bring in and sell gently used clothes for others to purchase.
"We give cash on the spot so you can get that immediate gratification," he says. "You can come in, get paid and walk out with cash."
