A motorist was ejected from his vehicle on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Bedford Hills early this morning.

Westchester County police say the accident occurred around 2 a.m. as the driver was heading south. His vehicle veered off the parkway and crashed into a guardrail, causing the car to land in a culvert.

The man was ejected before being found by Bedford police.

He was taken to Westchester Medical Center and is said to be in critical condition.
