A Salisbury Mills woman led police on a high-speed chase through Newburgh endangering lives and property, according to police.
Cellphone video captures Tiffany Foote, 26, in the chase along River Road in Newburgh on Tuesday.
Authorities tell News 12 Foote hit several cars, a pedestrian and even a police car before she stopped. "She came through almost hitting tons of people on the side of the road, kids getting off the school buses. She almost clipped me and by the time we got down there, they already bust her windows and pulled her out of the vehicle. Crowds of people were cheering for police because they really did a phenomenal job," says witness David Johnson.
Only one person was injured before the police officer pulled Foote from her car.
Police say Foote was driving without a license after nearly a dozen suspensions and is now facing multiple charges.
