A museum in Rockland County is gearing up to reopen Tuesday during phase four.
The Edward Hopper House Museum has been closed since mid-March, and is still ironing out some details before reopening in phase four.
President Mary Mathwich says the public will have to pre-register online to control capacity.
The museum has installed HEPA filters for virus control and will hand out masks and gloves to those who may not have them.
Other phase four industries include higher education, media production, professional sports competitions with no fans, low-risk outdoor and indoor arts and entertainment like zoos, botanical gardens, museums and more.
Malls, gyms and movie theaters will not reopen on Tuesday.
Casinos will also remain closed.
