Local leaders in Rockland County are launching a new program aimed at keeping kids out of trouble.
It's called the "Center for Safe and Healthy Youth." It is an effort to offer psychological, legal and educational services to troubled youth in one location.
In the past, troubled youth in Rockland County needed to visit several agencies to get the help they needed.
The goal is to provide early intervention by giving a more complete picture of a child.
