The Brook Native American Presbyterian Church recently had some repairs done for free, thanks to Franzoso Contracting.
The repairs were made to fix the leaky roof and to divert water.
The repairs were made after the owner saw the Hillburn churches' condition on News 12 last month.
"It's just my belief that you need to give back to the communities,” said Mark Franzoso. “These people were in need. They had a problem. It seemed like the problem wasn't going to get solved anytime soon so I offered to go over and take care of it."
"We definitely feel blessed,” said Carla Alexander, of Brook Native American Presbyterian Church. “God has been blessing us."
The church hired another contractor to work as winter weather gets closer.
