The home of the Rockland Boulders has a new name.
The Boulders announced Monday that they found a new community partner and changed the name from Provident Bank Park to Palisades Credit Union Park.
Ballpark officials say the name change had nothing to do with the arrest of Ramapo Town Supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence. St. Lawrence is facing federal fraud and corruption charges in connection to the financing of the ballpark.
The Boulders' home opener is scheduled for Saturday, May 14.
