For the fourth time this year, a Rockland County business has been targeted in an antisemitic incident, but an arrest has now been made.
Early Tuesday morning, Ben-Zion Rivlin was caught vandalizing an Israeli flag at the Monsey Service Station with spray paint. He has been charged with criminal mischief as a hate crime.
This incident follows a series of antisemitic events at the business, including flyers distributed outside, a stolen flag that was later replaced and then defaced.
It is currently unclear if Rivlin is connected to these previous incidents.
