Families in Peekskill can find high‑speed fun at HQ Racing, a go‑kart destination designed for riders of all ages.

Owner Steven DiPaolo says the track includes indoor and outdoor racing areas, with three levels of elevation inside. When weather allows, the outdoor section adds enough distance to make the course more than half a mile long.

The facility features electric go‑karts for adults and junior karts for children ages 5 to 12. Riders can move into faster gasoline karts once they reach a certain lap‑time level. The track can accommodate 14 go‑karts at once, and each kart has a dashboard showing lap times.

HQ Racing also provides helmet fittings to ensure proper safety gear. DiPaolo says many visitors return after their first experience because of the unique layout and the excitement of trying to improve their laps.
