Residents say they have mixed feelings about President Barack Obama's announcement to restore diplomatic relations with Cuba and reopen an American embassy in Havana.
Lourdess Guerrero was born in Cuba and emigrated to the U.S. with her family when she was 8 years old.
She has owned a business in the Mount Vernon area for almost three years, something she says her relatives currently in Cuba in cannot do.
"I would like to see more family being able to go back and forth a lot quicker than what they are now," she says.
