Retiring Hudson Valley Congresswoman Nita Lowey says passing a coronavirus relief package is one of the last things she wants to take care of before she wraps up her 32-year career.
She is determined this time around that it will work out.
"I think there are enough people in the Senate who want to deliver real help to their communities, and communities all around the nation, and I'm hoping we can come to a bipartisan agreement that can deliver the much needed aid," Lowey says.
Any vote on new relief will have to wait as the House is on recess until next week.
