The American Red Cross is helping 12 people who are victims of a fire in Dutchess County.
The fire broke out Friday afternoon on Mountain View Road in Rhinebeck.
Volunteers are helping to provide immediate emergency aid to six adults and six children.
There is no word on what sparked the fire.
