Ramapo police have granted a little girl's wish to visit their police station.

Police became aware of 10-year-old Tara’s dream through friends of the family and jumped into action.

In a video posted on Facebook, officers invited Tara to come down and visit.  "I'm really excited to invite you to the Ramapo Police Department on behalf of all of the men and women who work here. So you can have your own personal tour with your family."

Tara got to meet her heroes, Daren the D.A.R.E. lion, K-9 officer Rookie, and ride in a police car.
