A rally was held Tuesday for a Mount Vernon cheerleader who was stabbed to death. The rally took place outside of the Westchester County Courthouse in White Plains.

Kayla Green's family is calling on prosecutors to upgrade the charges against the teenage girl accused of fatally stabbing Green and wounding her friend in last month's attack.
The 15-year-old suspect pleaded not guilty to manslaughter, assault and attempted assault.
The victims' families want her to be charged with murder and attempted murder.
Green was killed after a citywide celebration for the high school boys basketball team.
