A radio station is hitting the streets of Wappingers Falls to connect people through music while encouraging them to social distance.
WPDH is teaming up with the group, Wappingers Rises, to drive around the village and blast positive music from the station for two hours Saturday afternoon.
Organizers are asking residents to call in song requests while thanking those workers on the front lines.
They also say if you want to participate to not gather in groups, and if you don't live in the village, you can still tune in.
