Lt. Hope Goswick from the Piermont Fire Department sprang into action when she witnessed a parade-goer collapse from sudden cardiac arrest.
With the assistance of the victim's son, Goswick immediately performed CPR until EMS crews arrived to transport the victim to the hospital.
