Residents of the Quarry Heights section of North Castle are saying goodbye to septic systems as sewers get installed.
Local homeowners have used the septic system for the past 75 years, despite paying taxes on sewers that didn't exist.
The sewer project in Quarry Heights is estimated to cost $4.6 million.
