Puppy rescued from storm drain

A dog missing for days has been reunited with its owner, thanks to police in Haverstraw.
Police Officer Walter Vega and Sgt. Steven Rosado along with West Haverstraw DPW came to the rescue of a small dog caught in a storm drain.
The puppy had been missing for three days until the officer pulled the dog out.
The officers say the puppy is back with its owner and is expected to be OK.
