A rally was held in Rockland against a health care company that posted a discriminatory job advertisement.
About 100 people walked from Spring Valley to Interim Healthcare's offices in Nanuet to protest the ad.
Members of Rockland's large Haitian community say they are upset about a job ad looking for a nurse that said Haitians would not be considered.
The ad posted by Interim Healthcare was published in the Pennysaver in October.
The attorney general's office says it began an investigation into the business.
Interim officials declined to comment on the protest, but they've previously apologized for the ad.
The company's president says it has initiated new procedures and controls of all human resources, recruiting and advertising. It also fired the human resources director. However, the president of Haitian American Nurses Association says the protests will continue.
