President Donald Trump's effort to fill the vacant Supreme Court seat following the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is raising concerns from some over women's reproductive rights.
Trump says he would nominate people who were pro-life and would expect the legality of abortions to go back to the states - overturning Roe v. Wade.
In New York, abortions would be protected with the passage of the Reproductive Health Act in early 2019, but a number of conservative states have already made it clear they would make abortions for any reason illegal.
In the most recent polls on the subject, the majority of people said Roe v. Wade should be upheld.
