President Barack Obama will give the commencement address at West Point tomorrow.
Over 1,000 graduates will be commissioned at the ceremony as second lieutenants in the United States Army.
With the excitement of the president in town, there will also be a headaches, including traffic. The Highlands Police Department says there will be substantial security checkpoints prior to people getting into the ceremony, which will cause some backups.
The president was in New York two weeks ago making a speech at the Tappan Zee Bridge. Last Thursday, the president was in Cooperstown to talk about the nation's tourism industry.
