The power has been restored to a shopping center in Yonkers.

Stew Leonard's reopened its doors Saturday morning after it had to close shop Friday because of a nearby transformer breakdown.

The grocery store and a number of establishments nearby lost power after the breakdown on Saw Mill River Road.

Shoppers had to use their phones and flashlights to see in some of the darker sections of the store.
