This week, Westchester's two-term County Executive George Latimer officially announced a run at Congress, setting the stage for what's expected to shape up as the highest profile primary showdown in the nation. He spoke with News 12’s Tara Rosenblum about his challenge to Rep. Jamaal Bowman, who News 12 is attempting to interview next.
