Vice President Kamala Harris' first week of campaigning for the Oval Office is in the books.
Harris stopped by in several parts of the country, sharing her message and vision for America while breaking fundraising records.
Her rise as the presumptive Democratic nominee for president has taken place just weeks before the delegates will formally name her the party's candidate.
Orange County Democratic Party Chair Zak Constantine is among the New York delegates who have pledged their support for Harris. He said President Joe Biden's decision has reenergized the party heading into the Democratic National Convention.
"The DNC is just going to be a moment of celebration for this new energy within the Democratic Party and all of the important values that we're running on this election," he said.
