This month marks two years since the remnants of Hurricane Ida devastated parts of the Hudson Valley, including along the area's Sound Shore.

Despite hard work, funding, and best efforts, the recovery is not over.

Joining Jonathan Gordon is State Sen. Pete Harckham who represents District 40 which includes parts of northern Westchester, Putnam, and Rockland counties.

Also on the show is Mamaroneck Mayor Tom Murphy, who discussed the village's long-term recovery and what's next.

He was asked if he was satisfied with the state and federal response to the ongoing flooding issue in the community.
