Election Day is just a few weeks away and one of the most hotly contested races is for the job of Westchester County executive. It's been a unique year and a half to say the least for Westchester's one million residents. Now, incumbent Democrat George Latimer is taking on Republican Christine Sculti for who will lead the county for the next four years.
