An American flag found covered in feces and urine in Dutchess County was replaced Wednesday.
As News 12 reported, two men found the defaced flag in a portable bathroom at Stanley Still Park in Poughkeepsie last week.
A flag replacement ceremony was held Wednesday morning at the park.
The incident is being investigated by police.
