Poughkeepsie resident among 9 sailors missing from USS John McCain
<p>A Hudson Valley resident is one of the nine sailors missing after the USS John McCain crashed into another vessel. Corey George Ingram, of Poughkeepsie, was an information systems technician for the Navy. </p>
