A Poughkeepsie man is facing multiple charges after being accused of dealing crack cocaine at multiple locations throughout the city.

Police arrested 49-year-old Jermaine Thomas at College Hill Park on Wednesday.

Officers say he had multiple bags of crack cocaine on him, as well as packaging material and scales.

Thomas faces charges including third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
