The Yonkers man wanted for questioning in his wife's death has killed himself, according to police.
Police say Brian Maniotis, 34, was found dead of an apparent suicide in a Kingston motel Tuesday afternoon. Investigators found his Toyota Camry nearby.
He had been wanted since Monday.
Officials did not release details about how Maniotis may have killed himself.
Neighbors say he was quiet and sometimes anti-social, but they recalled his wife fondly.
Maniotis was being sought after his wife, Christina Maniotis, 30, was found dead in the couple's sixth-floor apartment on Sunnyside Drive.
A funeral has been scheduled for her on Saturday at St. Peter's and Denis Church in Yonkers.
