A little girl was startled by a man she didn't know who police said was inside her Hillcrest home.

The man took off, but with the help of a family member who lives nearby, authorities say the 10-year old girl was able to point police in the right direction.

The suspect was arrested nearby at a shopping center in Hillcrest.
