A stabbing in Yonkers Saturday evening left one woman in the hospital, according to police.
Police arrived at an apartment on South Broadway around 8:30 p.m. after reports of a female who was stabbed in the chest by a man.
The woman was taken to Westchester Medical Center.
There is no word on her current condition and she has not been identified.
The man allegedly involved in the stabbing has been arrested on assault charges. Officials believe the stabbing occurred as a result of a domestic incident.
