An arrest has made in a deadly shooting in White Plains.
Police say Aaron George, 21, of White Plains, fatally shot 23-year-old Dominique Hospie on North Kensico Avenue on April 17.
George has been charged with second-degree murder and is being held without bail at the Westchester County jail.
White Plains Public Safety Commissioner David Chong says the motive appears to be revenge, since Hospie shot George in 2011. Hopsie spent three years in prison for that shooting.
