Police: Ulster County man arrested for leaving scene of crash with property damage in Kingston

Police were able to find the 31-year-old following an investigation where he admitted to driving the car and causing the damage.

Kingston police say an Ulster County man is facing charges after leaving the scene of a crash where property was damaged.

They say David Naccarato was driving on Crown Street when he ran into an outdoor sitting area and picnic table with his car.

He then drove off without reporting the crash to anyone.

Police were able to find the 31-year-old following an investigation where he admitted to driving the car and causing the damage.

Naccarato was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident without reporting it.
