Police to step up patrols, crack down on unsafe driving during Super Bowl weekend

Police departments across the Hudson Valley will be cracking down on unsafe driving as part of the state's Special Traffic Enforcement campaign this Super Bowl weekend.
Motorists can expect to see more police out on the roadways from now through Sunday.
During the 2023 Super Bowl campaign, state police arrested almost 200 people for impaired driving and issued over 11,000 tickets.
