Police say a man died of an apparent overdose on East Main Street after being sold drugs by Yorktown resident Albert Tapia.

A suspect is facing charges for selling drugs that investigators say killed a man in Yorktown last October.
Police say a man died of an apparent overdose on East Main Street after being sold drugs by Yorktown resident Albert Tapia.
Tapia has been charged with selling and possessing drugs, according to authorities. He is currently in county jail with a bail set at $50,000.
