A Kingston man accused of robbing a local café at gunpoint is facing multiple charges, according to authorities.
Police say Torrel Skinner, 41, threatened employees at Graziano's Downtown Café with a handgun and fled the scene with cash on Oct. 10. He was arrested two days later.
Police also discovered that Skinner, a registered sex offender, filed a document containing false information about his current address.
The charges against him include robbery, burglary, offering a false instrument and failure to register as a sex offender.
