Police are searching for a man they say is loitering by the women?s restroom at a Borders bookstore in White Plains. Police say three women have come forward to file complaints. The women say they were approached by a man in the restroom. They say he exposed himself and tried to get into their bathroom stalls. One customer said this news made her feel unsafe and she plans to stop shopping at the store. Officials from Borders say they are working with the police to track down the perpetrator. They say they have reviewed surveillance video.
