Police in Greenburgh are continuing their probe in the murder of a local gas station owner, the town?s first homicide of 2009.
Authorities say Anthony Fizzinoglia was shot early Saturday morning inside the back office of his Lukoil Gas Station and was later found by employees.
Police say robbery does not appear to be a motive in the slaying.
