Police: Port Jervis man charged for possessing gun created using 3D printer

Police say a Port Jervis man is charged for possessing a loaded 9mm pistol in Port Jervis. 
Authorities say Noah McCagg was involved in a foot pursuit with police Saturday afternoon. 
An investigation revealed that McCagg created the gun inside his home using a 3D printer. 
McCagg was arraigned in the city of Port Jervis Court and is scheduled back in court on Wednesday. 
McCagg has a prior criminal history.
