Update on partial collapse inside parking garage in White Plains
12h agoPolice say one person was killed and another was injured in a hit-and-run in White Plains Thursday night.
They say it happened around 11:30 p.m. near the intersections of Post Road and South Lexington.
Police say the second victim is in critical condition. Anyone who may have witnessed the hit and run is asked to contact White Plains police.
