A passenger on a Bronx-bound Bee-Line bus from White Plains is facing assault charges for allegedly attacking the driver.
West Akpan was arraigned in court Friday after allegedly stabbing the bus driver Thursday afternoon when the bus was on Jerome Avenue in the Bronx.
News 12 obtained cellphone video showing the moments when police and emergency services arrived.
Police say Akpan stabbed the driver multiple times in the side and back.
He now faces charges of assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
