Yonkers police say an off-duty officer accidentally shot himself in White Plains.

The incident occurred at Brazen Fox on Mamaroneck Avenue.

The officer was adjusting his pants while using the bathroom when he accidentally discharged his firearm, striking himself. The officer reported the incident to White Plains and Yonkers police.

No other injuries were reported. The officer remains in stable condition.
