More than a year after a Greenburgh deli worker was murdered, police have arrested a suspect in the case. Angel Cabrera was shot dead at the See-bow Grocery on Tarrytown Road in July of 2005. After a 15-month investigation, police arrested 38-year-old Greenburgh resident Andre Banks. Police say Banks walked into the store, emptied out the cash register and fatally shot Cabrera as he tried to get away. The owner of the store, Pedro Pena, and his brother Jose were also shot and wounded during the incident.Banks was arraigned on second-degree murder charges and police say more charges are expected to follow.
