Several people were badly hurt Saturday in a head-on crash involving a minivan on Route 6 in Woodbury.
Police say two vehicles crashed into each other during heavy rain at around 8:30 p.m. on the busy two-lane road just east of the Route 32 exit.
At least two of the victims were rushed to Garnet Health Medical Center in critical condition, according to authorities.
Woodbury police were assisted by state police, who closed off the roadway until well past midnight for the investigation.
