A Monsey man is facing charges after police say he groped a waitress at a restaurant in Nyack. Orangetown police say they arrested Avraham Gefner on Friday after a nearly two-month long investigation.

A Monsey man is facing charges after police say he groped a waitress at a restaurant in Nyack.
Orangetown police say they arrested Avraham Gefner on Friday after a nearly two-month long investigation.
A waitress says Gefner grabbed her thigh and buttocks at the restaurant on South Broadway in July.
