Police say a Connecticut man was arrested in Putnam County on DWI charges, and that it wasn't the first time he was charged with DWI.
Officials say officers noticed Isau Reynaldo Martinez Coronado, 27, was driving without headlights on Route 22 in the town of Southeast last weekend.
They say he then stopped at a green light on Milltown Road before blowing through a red light.
Police say during his arrest, Coronado provided two fake names.
Coronado has previously been convicted for DWI in Mount Kisco and had an active warrant by state police in Brewster for another DWI charge.
He has since been released on bail.
