2ds agoPolice say a man shot at a tow truck driver who was trying to repossess a car in Poughkeepsie early Thursday morning.
Officers say they got the call around 2 a.m. from a man who said he'd been shot at on South Avenue.
Responding officers were able to find seven 9 mm shell casings and a Glock with the serial numbers scratched off tossed in the bushes.
Kelly Thompson Jr., 21, was arrested on the scene.
He's facing with a slew of charges, including attempted assault and criminal possession.
