Police: Man charged with attempted murder after hitting another man with car in Spring Valley
Police say it happened Thursday afternoon in the parking lot of Hillcrest Shopping Center at North Main Street near the 99-cent outlet in Spring Valley.

4h agoRamapo police say they've charged a Central Nyack man with attempted murder after he hit a man with his car.
Police say it happened Thursday afternoon in the parking lot of Hillcrest Shopping Center at North Main Street near the 99-cent outlet in Spring Valley.
The driver, 48-year-old Edward Grigsby, remained at the scene.
He's being held at the Rockland County Jail.
The victim, a 48-year-old Rockland man, has serious injuries and is at Westchester Medical Center.
Police say the incident happened because of an ongoing fight between the two men.
